Clinical Exercise

When an area of the body has been injured it becomes weak and stiff. We utilize specific exercises to your specific injury to strengthen and protect the weak area from further injury with Clinical Exercise.

If you suffer from low back pain specific exercises to strengthen your back will be prescribed. Typically, Clinical Exercise coupled with Low Level Laser Therapy to the injury are done 3 times a week for 10-15 minutes for best results.

The following exercises are a sample of what Chattanooga Non-Surgical Orthopedics offers each of our patients. Our patients have access to over 20 additional, more specific exercises in the section below.
